Dauphin Art Group
The Dauphin Art Group is one of the longest running groups at the WAC, with Dr. Vernon Watson, whom the centre is named after, the first to offer painting and drawing instruction to people from this area in the 1960s. Artist instructed workshops are structured for those who want to learn more about painting, drawing, colours, creative expression. Classes are held in our studio at the WAC. Membership is $60 annually, due January of each year, and workshop fees are due upon registration. Check the WAC Events and Workshop webpages for details on upcoming workshops. Youth Art Workshop

Learn some drawing basics, and work with watercolour paints! We're holding an art workshop just for kids aged 9 - 15 years. Bring your lunch, and let's create!

Parkland Juried Art Show 2022 - CALL FOR ENTRIES!
The Parkland Juried Art Show has gone virtual and your work will have a wider exposure than ever before! We're calling for adult and youth (ages 13 - 17) Parkland region artists to submit quality photos of their work created in 2021/22.
Deadline for entries: April 29, 2022.
Entry fees: $10 for adults or $5 for youth per artwork piece entered.
